Service was great. Food was hot and delicious! Had the Southern burger with bourbon glaze and my husband said it was the best burger. I had the catfish with popcorn batter...so good and crispy! We'll definitely be back!

Old Mills Cafe is a cozy and charming spot with ample seating, making it great for groups. Despite being a party of eight, we only waited about 5 minutes for a table. The waitress was incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing the experience. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommended for a relaxed meal!

The wait was an hour for a party of 4. The server was great. The food was also great. The pasta salad, ribeye steak, homemade honey mustard, and French onion soup were our favorites. The corn pudding was very spicy. The peanut butter pie was also very good. As far as ambiance, it was nice, but the waiting area had a lot of spider webs near the ceiling and around light fixtures. Thankfully the dining area we were in was not like that.

This place is amazing! The food was really good They stay busy because they are in The Old Mill Village. And across from Mill House Restaurant as well. We arrived on a Thursday night around 820. They had a waitlist approximately an hour, and they close at 9 o'clock. We decided to go ahead and order it to go. So we set in the foyer and met lots of great people. Our order took about 25 minutes to be ready. We took it back to the condo and ate there. We both decided on hamburgers, and we got some loaded potato skins, almost like nachos. It was a huge order. They also gave us a small sourdough loaf, even with our to go order! We were about five minutes from the restaurant, so our food was still very hot when we got ready to eat it. Our burgers were delicious very juicy with a char boiled taste. It came with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and of course your choice of cheese. And also had steak cut FF, seasoned just perfect. I would say we will definitely try this place again. Maybe at the restaurant , instead of getting it to go. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. Even in the cooler temperatures they do have heaters for the customers. Excited to try it out next time we're in town.

We had a lovely dinner at the Pottery House Cafe. Thankfully, we joined the waitlist before we left our cabin. The ambiance is quite nice, both indoors and out. Love that they use dishes made by the pottery shop next door. We had stellar service. Started with fried chicken livers just to try them. Not bad with the comeback sauce but they did leave a strange taste in the mouth. The fried pecan chicken was fabulous as was the tomato and cucumber salad. The Southern Burger was pretty good, too. But the pasta salad was extra scrumptious. Love that they let you switch up your sides.

Party of 2 on a Wed night - only waited 15 minutes and the outdoor seating out back near the water fall was very cozy. We ordered the catfish and the beef short ribs. Tasted great and the portion sizes were very generous. It was our first time in Pigeon Forge but it won't be our last!

It is a nice restaurant serving good food, which was a great surprise for us in such a touristic area. We signed in the waiting list and waited for less than 15 min ( we were two) We were seated outside on the terrace which was really nice and peaceful. Service was fast and efficient I ordered the chicken gumbo which was served with jalapeño pancake and some fruits. It was tasty and heartwarming

Superb food. Excellent service. Cozy ambiance. What's not to love? This place is easy one of the top restaurant in Pigeon Forge. There's not a single thing on the menu that isn't out-of-this-world amazing. Their homemade breads are stunning. I also have to rant just a tad about their chicken OH MY LORDY the chicken. It was hands down some of the best chicken I've ever had. My only reasoning for a 4 star review is the wait time. If you come here on pretty much any evening for dinner - especially during peak tourist season, brace yourself for a minimum 45 minute wait. Thankfully, they have a well instituted seating system, and there's plenty around the restaurant to check out while you wait for your table. This will forever be a must-stop place every time I find myself in Pigeon Forge.

Excellent all around experience. If you have the opportunity sit out on the terrace outside.. amazing ambience and really a very relaxing spot to sit. The service was outstanding.. very friendly.. knowledgeable and super attentive. The food was great.. scratch made down to the rolls.. the bread is the star of the show.. the cheese steak was spot on and the Swiss burger was equally delicious.. fries are nice crisp steak fries with a delicious horseradish sauce for dipping. Save room for dessert.. I love a good carrot cake and they did not disappoint.. the chocolate pecan pie was great as well... highly recommend this spot if you are in the area.
